Bardolino DOC

Organoleptic characteristics
Bright ruby red colour, with spicy notes of white pepper, accompanied by notes of small red fruits and pomegranate. In the mouth, it is of medium structure with dry tannins, rounded by the ageing in amphora. The minerality and spiciness give the palate a good persistence that immediately invites a second sip.
Wine Pairing
It is an easy-drinking, fresh and light wine for the whole meal, which goes especially well with meat, cheese and soups.
Vinification
A traditional red wine with short maceration, where contact with the grape skins lasts no longer than 6/7 days.
Vineyards
This wine is the result of a blend of grapes from vineyards located in the plain of Caprino, which give the wine suppleness and lightness, with others located in the hills of Caprino at an altitude of no less than 450 metres, which give the wine structure and character. The cultivation method is the Pergola Trentina and the Pergola Trentina Semplice.
