Bardolino Chiaretto DOC
Organoleptic characteristics
A wine with a bright, cherry-red colour. The bouquet is pure with intense fruity notes of cherries and small red fruits as well as citrus notes that underline its freshness. On the palate, it is fresh, fluid with a pronounced acidity and a mineral note that give the wine a grace and a salty character typical of wines from this area.
Wine Pairing
A fresh and light wine that goes well with dishes such as soups, vegetables and soft cheeses, but also with cold cuts, fish and pizza.
Vinification
In white with a light maceration on the skins of no more than 4 hours, while fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of about 17°C.
Vineyards
The grapes used for production are from vineyards on the plain, resulting in a softer and smoother wine. The cultivation method is the Veronese double pergola.
