Pinot Grigio Del Veneto
Organoleptic characteristics
A golden yellow wine with hues tending towards coppery. To the nose it is very delicate with hints of golden apple and pear. On the palate it is harmonious, round and with a good structure, marked acidity and a mineral character that provides the wine with lightness, despite the high alcohol content.
Wine Pairing
A wine of great complexity that, despite being a white wine, possesses considerable structure, excellent when paired with white meats, fish and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Traditional white wine, fermentation temperature controlled at around 14°C and ageing in stainless steel.
Vineyards
The grapes come in part from vineyards located on the Caprino plain in the Ceredello locality, which develop on soils rich in skeleton, silt and clay, which provide the grapes, and then the wine, with minerality and aromaticity, while a part comes from vineyards located on the slopes of Monte Baldo in the Gaon locality at an altitude of about 400 metres above sea level, whose grapes give the wine a good dose of freshness due to the high acidity and more fruity and fresh aromas. Guyot and Pergola Doppia cultivation system.
